Ravi's Race to Health

The Gift of Health
Once upon a time in a small village called Wellville, lived a cheerful boy named Ravi. Ravi loved playing outside, eating sweets, and spending time with his friends. However, he didn't pay much attention to his health. While his friends enjoyed fruits and vegetables, Ravi preferred cookies and candy.

One sunny day, Wellville held its annual sports day, and everyone was excited. Ravi wanted to win the race and show everyone that he could be the fastest runner. He practiced hard, but when the day arrived, he felt tired and sluggish. “Why do I feel this way?” he wondered.

As the race began, Ravi ran quickly at first, but soon he lagged behind. His friends, who had been eating healthy meals and exercising regularly, soared past him. Ravi was confused and upset. After the race, he approached his best friend, Maya. “How did you run so fast?” he asked.
In Wellville, Ravi learns that maintaining good health through healthy eating and exercise is crucial for happiness and success, especially when he struggles during a race. After changing his habits, he wins the race and shares his newfound wisdom with his friends.

As weeks went by, Ravi noticed something amazing! He felt more energetic and happier. He began to love running and playing sports even more. The next year, when sports day rolled around, Ravi was prepared. He trained hard and felt strong.

On race day, Ravi took a deep breath and lined up at the start. When the whistle blew, he ran with all his might, and this time he didn’t tire easily. With each stride, he remembered how far he had come and how much he had changed. At the finish line, he crossed it with a big smile, not just because he won, but because he had learned an important lesson.

From that day on, Ravi always told his friends, "Health is wealth!" He encouraged everyone to eat healthy and stay active, knowing that taking care of one’s body was the greatest treasure of all.

And so, in the little village of Wellville, everyone learned that true wealth comes not from material things but from being healthy and active. They all lived happily, filled with vitality and joy.

Moral of the Story:Health is wealth; taking care of your body is essential for a happy and fulfilling life.
