The Kindness of the Little Bird
Once upon a time, in a lush green forest, there lived a small bird named Chirpy. Chirpy was very kind and loved to help others. One sunny morning, she saw a squirrel named Nutty sitting alone under a tree, looking sad.
“Why are you so sad, Nutty?” Chirpy asked.
Nutty sighed. “I lost my favorite acorn, and I can't find it anywhere.”
Chirpy fluttered her wings and said, “Don't worry, Nutty. I’ll help you find it!”
The little bird flew all around the forest, asking the animals if they had seen Nutty’s acorn. After some time, Chirpy finally spotted the acorn near the riverbank, hidden beneath some leaves. She quickly flew back to Nutty and dropped the acorn gently in his paws.
Nutty was overjoyed and said, “Thank you, Chirpy! You are such a good friend.”
Chirpy smiled and said, “It’s always good to help others. Kindness is the best gift you can give.”
From that day on, Nutty and Chirpy became the best of friends. They always helped each other, and their kindness spread throughout the forest.
Moral: A small act of kindness can make a big difference.
